Scholarly Communications

Scholarly Communications is an interdisciplinary field of librarianship that facilitates the dissemination of academic research by fostering emerging communication technologies while reducing legal barriers to access.

The Scholarly Communications team provides support to students and faculty members in areas such as authors' rights, data curation, linked data, digital humanities, and open access publishing. We guide users through the world of Learning Management Systems and Geographic Information Systems (GIS). If you need assistance with your Vanderbilt electronic thesis or dissertation, we are also ready to help.
